Asian Quesadilla
serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 ea tortilla shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 C sour cream
- 2 T sriracha sauce
- 2 T teriyaki sauce
- 2 t garlic powder
- nacho chips
- iceberg lettuce, bite-size pieces
- cheddar cheese, very thin slice
- pickled jalapeno, sliced
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef, then stir in the teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. Season to taste. Remove from heat.
- Mix together the sour cream and sriracha sauce, then spread on a tortilla shell. Spread the meat mixture on the sour cream, cover with a layer of nacho chips, then a layer of lettuce, then a layer of cheddar cheese, then some peppers.
- Grill until crispy, slice into quarters and serve hot.
